At Baled It!, we are dedicated to promoting local solutions to global problems concerning diet, physical fitness, and mental health. Our Board of Directors strive to provide solutions to problems on a decentralized scale whereby communities can be in control of their own health and wellness. People

Jeremy S. Browning
Director of Gardens
He plans and oversees the execution of all garden-related activities. These include, but are not limited to, planning and coordinating garden and education events; consulting with potential garden-hosts and relevant stakeholders; serving as chairperson or co-chairperson on garden-related committees; maintaining and budgeting for Baled It! stock supplies; recording and managing garden-related data.

Brett A. Davis
Director of Fitness
He oversees the planning and execution of all fitness-related activities/operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, identifying the need for supplies and budgeting for their acquisition, serving as chairperson or co-chairperson on fitness-related committees, planning and coordinating fitness and education events, providing consultation to relevant stakeholders, and identifying, recording, managing, and disseminating health and fitness data.

Jesse M. Lane
Director of Records and Finance
He is responsible for the financial stability of Baled It! and keeping up with important records so that our organization can successfully achieve its goals to improve access to food, promote physical activity, and improve mental health for people in disparate communities. Duties include communicating information about past and upcoming meetings, keeping meeting minutes, maintaining de jure and de facto corporate records, keeping record of financial transactions, organizing budgets, keeping banking records, signing checks, and organizing any financial records associated with purchases from which the board of directors deems necessary.

Erin Weaver
Director of Arts and Media
She is responsible for public relations and designing various outreach programs and materials for use in building alliances and partnerships with community leaders and other nonprofits. Responsibilities include designing promotional and advertisement material for the organization, planning and implementing outreach programs, designing and posting advertisements on the website and social media for upcoming events, and acting as a liaison between Baled It! and other related organizations.
